Faded Burgundy 3-way skirt/cape

Originally designed as a circle skirt, the drawstring allows for the skirt to be worn as a wrap skirt, an overskirt with an open front, or even as a cape.

Sizing: Waist has drawstring, so sizing is very flexible, 30”+ waist if worn as a skirt.

Construction: Made from liquid chiffon, the skirt has a watery shine to it. It can be worn as an overskirt, a wrap skirt, or as a cape, the bottom of skirt/cape has horsehair braid which gives it a billowy appearance and more movement.
